Return & Refund Policy
All sales are conducted on a commercial basis. Please read before placing an order.
Important: By completing a purchase, the Buyer confirms it has independently verified that the product is suitable for its intended application. Returns will not be accepted on the basis of unsuitability unless a verified defect is established.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all commercial transactions between Interion Pte Ltd operating RenewableDiesel.com.sg (“the Company”) and the Buyer. All sales are B2B.
2. Buyer’s Responsibility
The Buyer is solely responsible for confirming product compatibility, specification, and regulatory compliance before ordering. The Company makes no warranty of suitability for any specific application.
3. All Sales Final
As a general rule, all sales are final. No returns are accepted after delivery for change of mind, ordering error, or incompatibility.
4. Limited Exceptions
Returns may be considered only for: wrong product delivered; short delivery; or verified product defect (accredited lab report required).
5. Return Request Conditions
Claims must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with documentary evidence. Products must remain in original, unopened condition.
